Hospice Care Team, Inc. is your non-profit hospice that has served the Gulf Coast Region since 1983.

Our team are experts in pain management, especially symptom control.  We are trained to help maximize comfort and quality of life. Hospice Care Team, Inc. nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

OUR SPECIAL PROGRAMS

SEA TURTLE PROGRAM

Our Pediatric Palliative Care Program serves infants to 18 years of age, managing and treating a wide variety of life-limiting illnesses. We have a highly skilled team at two locations who deliver excellent care to these special patients and work closely with their loved ones.

WE HONOR VETERANS PROGRAM

We understand and our Veterans may have unique needs during hospice care. With that in mind, we provide specialized services and recognition for our veterans. We regard them all as Great American Heros

In partnership with We Honor Veterans, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, Hospice Care Team has achieved level 3.

PET PEACE OF MIND PROGRAM

Pet owners simply need to be reassured that once the time comes when they can no longer care for their pet, someone will step in to provide that service.

We give the reassurance to our patients who worry about their pets that the care, love, and needs will continue to be provided for their companion
