Hospice Care Team, Inc. is a not-for-profit hospice that provides help, hope and comfort to those facing a life-limiting illness. For over 20 years our qualified interdisciplinary team of health care professionals and trained volunteers have ensured that each individual receives the unique quality of care that they deserve.
With Hospice Care, individuals approaching end of life care have the hope of maintaining the highest possible level of independence within familiar surroundings. Our caregivers offer comfort by easing pain and addressing symptom control for the individual while family and friends receive encouragement and support through a compassionate bereavement program.
