Hospice Care Team is celebrating 30 years of service in the community

Hospice Care Team, Inc. (HCT) is your community based non-profit organization that provides hope, help and comfort to those facing a life-limiting illness and their families. Located in Lake Jackson, we are the only United Way agency serving all of Brazoria County. HCT is also the only Brazoria County agency providing pediatric hospice services. Our services include: pain management and symptom control, end of life counseling; spiritual support; personal care and grief support.

Over the past 30 years we have served over 14,000 patients and families. All patients who need our services receive care regardless of ability to pay. This is made possible because of the generous support we receive from our community. This support allows us to continue our mission----

To mark our 30th year, a Wine and Cheese Reception is planned for Thursday, May 16, 2013, 5-7:00 pm at The Center for the Arts and Sciences, 400 College Drive, Clute, TX 77531.
