Position: Registered Nurse - Galveston
Description: Hospice Care Team, Inc. is seeking full-time Registered Nurse to cover Galveston area and become a member of the interdisciplinary team for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with Hospice Care Team, Inc. policies and procedures. The RN will also be responsible for identifying patient/family needs and for providing supportive care and appropriate services in accordance with the attending physician's orders and the interdisciplinary team plan of
care.
Oncology, Home Health or Hospice experience preferred. Full time position benefits include major medical insurance, retirement plan, vacation, mileage reimbursement at state allowable rate and more.
