Event Description: Hospice Care Team, Inc. hosts Hospice Foundation of America's 17th Annual Living With Grief Teleconference Live-Via Satellite. This year's topic, Cancer and End of Life Care, will examine the psychosocial aspects of cancer, pain management and ethical issues related to the disease.
The distinguished national panel includes physicans, educators and cancer experts who will address care options related to cancer diagnoses as well as loss and grief reactions for patients, families and professional caregivers.
Our local panel of experts will address cancer care issues from a local perspective as well.
There is no charge to attend this event. A light lunch will be provided and CEU's are available for a nominal fee.
