Frequently, patients are referred to hospice care who are too young for Medicare and have incomes too high for Medicaid. These people are often without adequate insurance or funds to pay for the services they require. Additional funds are needed to allow Hospice Care Team, Inc. to care for the growing number of these patients and their families.
Thanks to the generosity of donors, Hospice Care Team, Inc. is able to care for all who need and seek our care, regardless of their age, diagnosis or ability to pay. Dollars donated to Hospice Care Team, Inc. are used to provide treatments, medications, services, grief support and spiritual care to patients and families in need.
Contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations allow patients and their families to receive quality end of life care. These donations assist Hospice Care Team, Inc. in expanding our already existing services by introducing an array of new programs. All donated funds are used in the community where they are raised, unless the donor request otherwise.
