About Hospice Care Team, Inc.

Hospice Care Team Inc. is a not for profit community based, and community supported organization. The hospice team specializes in providing health care services for people with a terminal illness and support for the patient's loved ones. These highly qualified professionals focus on meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients and families who are coping with a life-limiting illness that is no longer responding to aggressive curative therapies.

The goal of hospice care is to allow the patient and family to direct the palliative or comfort care. They, along with their own physician and the expert team of hospice nurses, social workers, home health aides, spiritual advisors and trained volunteers participate in the person's care. The team focuses on providing comfort and pain relief helping each person to live as fully as possible.
